ARCK Creative Pathway Program Student Application ✨

All students — every track, every semester — present at our End-of-Year Showcase, sharing and pitching their ideas to family, mentors, and community partners.

Our team will reach out about payments after proccessing your application and acceptance.

• Refund Policy: Families may request a full refund up until one week before their selected Creative Pathways Program session (Fall Weekday Session 1, Fall Weekday Session 2, Spring Weekday Session 1, Spring Weekday Session 2, or the April Vacation Program) begins. Once the program has started, refunds are not available. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.
• Attendance and Tardiness: Students are expected to arrive on time and attend consistently for all Creativity Lab programs. Repeated tardiness or absences may affect participation and the overall program experience.
• Pickup Policy: Parents and guardians must ensure timely pickup. If someone other than an authorized pickup person will pick up the student, ARCK must be notified in advance.
• Behavior and Community Expectations: Students are expected to participate respectfully, follow mentor guidance, and contribute to a safe and positive learning environment across all Creative Pathways Program sessions.
• Communication Policy: Families are responsible for reviewing program emails and updates from ARCK regarding schedule changes, reminders, and important announcements for their enrolled program.
